The team

Founders of In concreto

Franck CASO has been an Industrial Property Attorney since 1999.

He provides all the services for validating and managing your IP rights protection strategies (auditing, consulting and optimization of industrial property right portfolios, legal advice, availability prior searches) and after their protection for monitoring and defend them.

On the basis of his experience, in particular in the Lawyer’s practice, he also very regularly involved in contractual matters of intellectual property titles (coexistence agreements, assignment contracts, license contracts, confidentiality agreements etc.), in disputes and in Internet related issues.

His availability and responsiveness to be in close contact with customers are his priority.

Franck CASO also provides a training course for l’IRPI (Paris-Panthéon-Assas University).

Finally, Franck CASO is an active member of the French trademark association APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles), he is also a member of ECTA (European Communities Trademark Association).

Eric DUPONT has been an Industrial Property Attorney since 2003.

In coordination with the managers of companies, he draws up development and optimization strategies for their intangible assets (audits, consultancy and optimization of industrial property right portfolios, legal advice, supervision of the registration and renewal of rights, prior searches etc.). He is also responsible for defending the rights of IN CONCRETO clients (trademark monitoring, opposition of registration, pre-litigation procedures). His field of expertise also extends to questions concerning Internet, the defence of copyright and problems of unfair competition.

The collaborators

Audrey LE CAOUSSIN is graduated from the University of Paris-Saclay in Intellectual Property Law (Master Degree). She also holds a LLM from the University of Aberystwyth (United Kingdom) in Private Law. She joined IN CONCRETO in January 2023 as an IP Lawyer.

Her activity is focusing notably on questions in relation with the trademarks portfolios such as consultations, filings of trademarks in France and abroad, watching, objections, searches, pre-litigation issues (oppositions, cancellation proceedings, cease & desist letters), and contracts.

She also handles all issues related to patents portfolios in assisting the filing of French and foreign patents with our engineers. She also deals IP portfolios due diligence.

Clémentine SEBERT is graduated of a Master degree of Intellectual Property. She is an IP Lawyer.

Her activity is focusing notably on questions in relation with the trademarks and design portfolios as consultations, filings and renewals of trademarks and designs in France and abroad, watching, objections, searches, oppositions, warning letters, and contracts. She is also in charge of copyrights matters and IP portfolios due diligence.

She also handles internal databases management and the digital tools development.

Mélanie ROZES is graduated of a Master degree of Intellectual Property in Paris University. She joined the IN CONCRETO office on November 2019, and she is performing her duties as IP Lawyer.

Her activity is related to trademarks law, designs, copyright, ICT law but she is also handling all issues related to domain names including disputes (Cybersquatting, UDRP proceedings, SYRELI, etc.) and deals with IP rights due diligence.

The patents team

One industrial property consultants, EPO representative, highly experienced engineer and his paralegal Ms. Anh Hong TRAN assist us with all patent-related requests in France and abroad.

Xavier DEMULSANT is an industrial property attorney and EPO certified attorney. An engineer by training, he is a graduate of Ceipi (University of Strasbourg), holds a DEA and a Doctorate in science. He started his career in 1995.

It intervenes upstream of the creation and innovation processes, by training on industrial property, within companies, and the implementation of means encouraging the creativity and inventiveness of the teams. It also intervenes before the launch of products, by carrying out audits, studies in freedom of exploitation, and the protection of innovations. He is also dealing in infringement and unfair competition actions, in France and abroad, as well as in opposition proceedings to European patents, in Munich or The Hague.

Xavier is a member of the CNCPI (National Company of Industrial Property Attorneys) of which he was President between 2010 and 2012. He is also a member of the EPI (Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office).
